Dawn and Trena were a tremendous help in my search for cowboy boots that fit me! We spent over an hour looking but they found some in the end! Their hospitality is very kind and welcomed!

This store has it all. This was my first time here and I couldn't believe all that they had. I picked up some birdseed and still walked around for an hour looking at all the stuff they have. From camping to fishing to gardening etc, it's all here and more. Very impressive.

A good place for your ranch or farm needs, from fencing to feed and automotive and tractor supply, if you need something farm related they have it. Need baby chickens, they have a very wide selection. Lots of farm wear and clothing for your ranching needs. Definitely a country style store. The staff at the front is less helpful and downright somewhat rude. When I came up telling them exactly what I wanted to buy, including the sku number from their on the floor selection pages, I was flat out told I was wrong and the lady insisted on flipping through a binder to find what she thought was correct, it wasn't. After her telling me what she thinks I want, I had to tell her again what I need and she huffingly entered the sku number I had and I was right. Even though the system said they had multiple of the units she begrudgingly called the back warehouse as she didn't believe the computer either. Turns out they had it after all. After all that she tried to rush on without letting me tell her I had another item I needed from the back and once again had to call the warehouse under duress. Any large items are not on the floor and the only way to get them is by purchasing them at the front

Well first off, customer service counter doesn't want to do the job title standing above their head, and ignores multiple customers in line to maintain personal conversations. Then finally upon asking for assistance in locating an item, it was like pulling teeth; they send me back to a section that I had already checke, without assistance, after telling me it was in stock after verifying that their online status said "available for pickup today". After approaching the customer service counter a second time, I was told it was directly in front of me with the gal moving no more than 2 feet. I ask for someone to come and assist me in finding this item to have her go to the back, nod twice, and tell me that the item isn't on stock. I'm really not thrilled to specifically come to this location with online saying something is in stock, a store clerk saying that something is in stock, but its a seemingly enigmatic item that is truly non-existent. Don't expect professional help here, and don't trust the online "Available for Pickup Today" BS. It's a lie and they obviously can't track inventory.

I attended the fly tying class and it was a great experience. The guide, Chip, was competent, experienced, and helpful. There was plenty of staff on hand to answer questions. The class was full, but not overly so. The Mead store is new. It is large with lots of amenities including my favorite coffee Evans Brothers, located in the flyshop service counter. Go check it out!
